Ive watched the challenges thus far, my new years resolution is to join in the fun :). I’ll start doodling soon. I have an idea, sketching it is a different story, i suck at drawing!

Sorry, took forever to post, been worked insane hours at work. here’s my creature, named Scroid. Sorry, for my bad drawing, not too good with a pencil.
Backstory: These creatures are carnivores, they feed mostly at night on warey travelers who stop for rest, underneath their tree shaped nests. According to some travellers, their intenal body is as tender as meat, but its protected by they body armor. They scout in swarms due to their smaller size. when you hear the sound of sticks snapping, you should be elsewhere.

sorry everyone, I am withdrawing from the challenge. We got a really big project at work, and it cut into my personal time. I’ll join again next challenge.
