I like the head, and the concept the long arms are very cool.

Oz: Ehehe thnx, spero tu abbia ragione… il bumps saran dolori, non so dove sbattere la testa per texturizzare in highpoly

Remi: Thanx Remi, he’s sinister as u remark 'cause to his antisocial attitude. Anyway he’s not cruel or bad, let’s say he’s indifferent to events of other races.

Virtuoso: Thnx m8, for the story I must thank my girlfriend that helped me out with english. I hope that Oz has explained what "vedi che hai le palle " means

Vertex: Thnx man

#26

Hey this is a bit cool!

I like the smirk on his face,

keep up the great work!

#27

HEY MAN… you are good
I like your concept, great

#28

dark_lotus, eli-XSI-ir : Thnx

A little update and just an initial concept for my creature’s habitat. As u may immagine, is rocky, desert and snowy.

#29

Another mini update! :wavey:

#30

Finished the head

#31

That’s coming along nicely, Gandalf
The only crite I really have is that it’s a bit plain and a bit symmetrical. Although the plainness can be fixed in the texturing stage
Keep going!

#32

you did great job so far

very clean mesh you got there:buttrock:

except one thing wrong i see in ur mesh:rolleyes:

at the top of the head there is about 20 edges goes to one vertex …:hmm:

#33

Leigh: Thnx, I think to made it less symmetrical with some morph targets later

Nadeemmar: Thnx

Starting the body, here it’s an update with the body.

#34

Comming along nicely=)

#35

Nice look…It’s a style and feel that I personally care for. Right up my alley…I am enjoying your progress Gandalf. Morph targets and texturing will really be fun to see later. Also the body is going to be fun to see grow. Fine work thus far.

#36

HEY!!! great work!!..
Hai risolto con le mappe?? complimenti, ottimo lavoro.

#37

Kurt B: Thnx

Virtuoso: Thnx pal, you are always too kind

Oz: Grazie, no sono ancora messo male con il mapping :frowning: Non mi riesce proprio…

Here another little update of the body

:wavey:

#38

OK for a brief thought…I like the collar bone you have created very much. I already told you what I think of the rest thus far ( Very nice)… I think I am getting a feeling that it’s looking to go towards the very stylistic route.

In this case perhaps a narrow waist, extra narrow I think. Increased muscle definition, seperation etc,etc...

I think go for a more exxagerated look and feel.........It seems this praticular model you are creating is best suited for this. Longer, more elegant,a surreal type being, but with a fun toon aspect to it. Just my thoughts for now. Just another opinion for you,it could help some in the end.

In time I will give my 2 cents on details, intricate ones, extras for that added beauty and flavor. Bumps, props, texture thoughts, and more. But until then I really like what you have done so far. See you soon..............:wavey:

#39

Tnx Virtuoso, I appreciate all your comments they are always interesting.
I hope I understand what you mean (my english is bad :P)

Is something like this what you mean?

#40

Magical modelling, and also, good background story, Gandalf.

#41

BETTER AND BETTER!!!

Here it’s a rough base texture for the head, I’ll add more definition with multimapping later.
