Great Challenge!!
Here is my idea so far. My race is a more tribal race that lives in the trees of middle earth. They are all but forgotten except to the ents, and some elves. They are scavengers and territorial. They stay out of conflicts between the races and collect weapons and items leftover from the dead of great battles. They have survived this way and stayed secret for many years, mainly due to the fact that they kill most anyone that comes upon them. They have grown quit fond of the elven armor and weapons they drop and seem to ignore the elves as a threat. They also live in peace with the ents as they are part of their home.
They are a humaniod race and are most easily identified by their long necks and the geometric shapes they cut into themselves. They are extremely agile in the forests. I dont have a scanner so i cant scan my sketches, should i do a quick photoshop sketch based on my sketches or just proceed? Im still working on a name. Let me know what you think!
