Quickest way to Mirror Pose from left to right

I was wondering have anybody did any scripts or techniques that allow them to quickly mirror poses (or animations) from one side to the other?

someone check me on this, but I think it works in animation mode, and if you’ve grouped ie Larm / Lleg, then you can quickly push those keys in time to make a walk cycle, etc.
Also check Ulven’s Autorigger.
He describes symmetry in his video tutorials.

Thanks but that doesn’t work for mirroring animation, its speciality is for rigs.
