Alright, I’m a beginner at this digital painting deal. Anyone is free to lead me to any tutorials, articles and such. I’m just wondering other then the software you guys use, which I know what is the standard an everything. Do you guys start out with a regular sketch on paper and go from there or do you just open up Painter or Photoshop and just paint/sketch from your head? I’m having trouble trying to do this thing with my itty bitty 4x9 wacom. Any tips would be appreciated.

It’s best to look at the sticky threads at the top of the forum as everyone is at a different level. Lots of good links and book recommendations in there.
