Question on Embeding

I would like to make a small swf that enters the html page and flys out. You guys know what I mean? it pops up in almost every commercial site like amazon yahoo. It just pops right in the page and then flies out or just closes…

Can anyone supply me the code to do this?

From what I understand it is not code. It is another software that works with flash.
