I wasn’t sure what category to put this in so I figured I would try my luck here… If I’m in the wrong place I apologize!
This is my first time trying to put together a whole set in 3D space. I want to replicate this awesome concept by Francisco Villa:
I figured there would be some “cheating” involved to get the perspective to match the concept, but I did not anticipate this much. When I match up my proxy models to the image the back wall is incredibly far back.
And here’s how it looks through the shot camera:
I was wondering if this is normal? Or if there is something wrong with my camera that I should fix so I can get closer to the perspective in concept? The foreground portions of the scene work pretty nicely already, it’s just the far background that’s bothering me…
