Quadro k4000 in MAYA 2012 viewport

Hi
I have a new Dell workstation equipped with the new Quadro K4000 with the latest drivers and I have this weird bug in Maya 2012 viewport:
every time i switch between different pane modes or moving the pane separator there is this ghosting effect for a second or two and it’s really annoying. (see attachment picture)
I didn’t have this issue working on my old system with GF GTX260.
any idea how it can be solved?
