Proxy Switching Tutorial

Hey can anyone direct me to a good tutorial on how a Novice can learn to make a switch to switch out low rez character for high rez character. I have looked several times but can never quite seem to find the tutorial I’m after.

Hi,
Make a loRez Mesh of the character and parent to the corresponding joints or copy skin to it and Switch the visibility of the mesh between Hi or Lo connected to an attribute.
