Projection mapping during a render

Hi folks. I hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe, well and finding some joy in these uncertain times.

If you care to take a look at the attached pic, it’ll help explain what i want to do.

I want to render the model on ‘a’ ( from the pov of the camera ), and have it also project onto plane ‘b’ all within one render. Basically, a one click solution.

Is this possible?
