Problems with installing Optical Flares Plugin

Hello everyone,
I have AE CS5, and after I downloaded The OF Plugin, I pasted the folder at d:\Adobe CS5\support files\plug-ins.
After that I’ve opened AE and OF wasn’t there.

Does anyone have a clue why?

At first glance it seems like you’re putting them in the wrong spot.

They should go in your plugins folder inside the After Effects folder.

My path is this:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS5\Support Files\Plug-ins\Optical Flares

The instilation instructions should cover everything you need to install them, and you can always email their support staff if it still doesn’t work.

There is an install video with it or on his site. I believe you install the plugin and then open AE and apply the effect to a solid. Then you should get a number that you put into your videocopilot key generator and it should download a license you then stick in the same folder as the plug in.
