Problems with 2.5b plugin Lightwave

I guess the conflict may come with the fact that I still use Lightwave 7.5b and Win2K. What can I say. I had no need to upgrade so I didn’t.

Messiah Workstation 2.4d, I had problems but nothing that stopped me from working. I downloaded 2.5b and the some of the hangups I had were fix but now the problem is that I can’t use the LWplugin. I get an error “Can’t Access Surface Funcs”
When I use the displacer in Lightwave.

Is there a fix to this?
