Problem with animation once I create a Trax clip

Hi all,

I’m tearing my hair out with an animation problem in Maya.

I have rigged and am attempting to animate a walk cycle for a spider. I can animate the cycle fine; the problem occurs when I attempt to make an animation clip in Trax. When I play the clip in Trax, some of the legs are not receiving the animation that I originally keyframed. What’s even stranger? If I select the clip in Trax and open the graph editor, the keys are there. They’re just not playing. If I select the clip and activate keys, the animation comes back and everything is fine. Once I deactivate keys, again, no more animation on some legs.

Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening and what I can do to fix it? Any help is appreciated.
