Problem uploading entry for Accelerate competition

hi,
I´ve been trying to upload my entry several times since 13:30 pm today Wednesday 30th June (Spain GMT+2). Now is 20:10 pm and it has been absolutely impossible to do it yet.
Can i post my entry through this thread? any suggestions?
this is getting annoying…

You have to use this page to submit: http://events.cgsociety.org/NVArt/05/submit.php

Check your image size (pixels and bytes) and file type to make sure they are within guidelines.
