Printing Services?

Anybody have advise on printing CG art? Is there a company or something that’ll make large and good copies or is there a moderately priced printer?

well, most decent print shops in america today (and i don;t mean quick prints, i mean business’ with press’s and graphics departments), can print directly to the press from a PDF. this, of course, depends where you are, but it can’t be too hard to find somewhere.

if you want to print on your computer, that is different. how big do you plan to go? do you need to be able to put specialty papers or canvas thru it? probably quite expensive - unless you would be using it professionally (daily - for profit); and even then would probably be cheaper to out-source if they are bigger than standard a4 size.
