Précomputation ir map + LC = renderings longer ????

#1

Hi all!

Euh, well , I have a problem I do not really understand. Or I must be crazy and I’d better replace the 3D with crocheted doilies, or else … pffff, joker! :
I explain: I have a flytrough to make urgent, so render farm, so precomputations map of LC and IR map to reduce the bill … until then, logic!
Where it is less so, how is it that the renders are longer with precomputations than single image?
This is not the order, however, and ben NO, rendering takes 2 to 3 minutes more per frame (there are 4000, you see the trick?): Cry:
So I do not get it the trick! If someone would be kind enough to explain what it this sh…t, frankly, that take me away a thorn from the side!

(Sorry for my English, but I’m french and… Google Trad is my best friend !!)

Thank you in advance

The rendering times should be the same, where you are saving time is the prepasses, so your irradiance map and LightCache are calculated one time only and stored.

You should look carefully to see if you forgot something…

Also, mabee a print screen with your settings could help us to see where there is something wrong, and if there is something wrong.

Translation now / En français maintenant:
Les temps de rendu devraient être les mêmes, où l’on sauve du temps, c’est dans les ‘prepasses’, l’irradiance et le light cache sont calculées une fois seulement.

Tu devrais regarder attentivement pour voir si tu as oublié quelque chose.

Aussi, une capture d’écran avec tes réglages pourrait nous aider à déterminer où il y a quelque chose qui cloche, si il y a quelque chose qui cloche…
