posting attachments

Hi , this is a great site and I’d like to upload images and contribute here, and I hope this isn’t a dumb question, but how does it work? on my user CP it says I can’t post attachments. Any help would be appreciated

Hi again, don’t worry, when I posted my question some similar threads came up stating the 30 post rule. fair enough! better get cracking!
