Posing Flooding and normals issues

Hey again, found another couple of problems while trying to pose my character - I’ve tried to use the paint weights tool (found in pose tools) to paint influence on the character but there are some parts that won’t receive influence, no matter at what strength or angle I paint at. I then get this stretching while trying to pose the character, is there anyway to get the small parts that don’t seem to want influence? I tried using the flood tool, but didn’t seem to work.

Also, when I imported the characters shirt, the collar originally had hardened edges in Maya, but when brought into mudbox, the edges were softened or the face normals seem to get ‘messed up’. Again, any solutions to these would really help, thanks!

i recommend to weight such chars in max or maya and bring them over with fbx…
and mudbox chant read/hard soft edges… in mudbox they are all soft or hard…

send for both issues a bug report to autodesk…
in the mudbox help menue… --> report a problem
