pose editor sculpting

hello,

does anyone know if it is possible to take a human neutral rig. create pose interpolator. and then position for example the arm in a specific pose, then ‘add pose’ and sculpt the arm in that position into the desired muscle shape. So when that exact combination of the joints are positioned or rotated in that way, it will form that muscle shape.

I know this can be done one joint at a time. But what if you are using an ik handle or want to sculpt a complex limb position comprised of many bones at once. Is this possible with pose editor?
