Amazing work!
How did you make the skin bumps and wrinkles? :

  1. Did you make UVs and diffuse first and then generated displacement map > pulled bumps from the displacement in Zbrush?
  2. Or did you sculpt bumps and wrikles by hand in Zbrush and then placed skin texture over it?

how did you render her hair? the shade of hair is defeaut shade(hairsystem/ shade )?
or shader_P ?
because i get much noise when i render hair. (use hairsystem shade + raytracing)

Maya hairsystem was used for her and mentalray was for it too.
You can reduce noise by increase min/max sample level.
