Wow, man. Just, . . . wow.

#32

can you please explain the workflow of texture painting. :hmm: I have doubt, If I am projecting images for color map, how about displacement map and bump map. How can I achieve same texture in all maps. Should I sculpt in zbrush or convert color map. please help me out.

That final Sylvia render is the reason for my continued interest in CG Art.
So perfect, so pristine.
The eyes, the hair, the fantastic clothing details.
How long have you worked on this project?

I’m mostly a 2D artist myself, I don’t put anything out in public. I draw with pencil, make photo-art in Painter but never for the public, just for myself.

I’m trying to learn 3D packages so I can start doing the kind of art you’re producing, but seeing your work is both a blessing and a curse because the motivation to get that good, with all the hard training involved is not easy to cope with, but at the same time there is that little strain of hope reaching out telling me it is possible.

I have a commercial license for Modo 701 and a Maya EDU license version 2010. I miss ZBrush in my tool-shelf, god I see so much incredible stuff made with ZBrush.
But I have so little time to use on these learning projects and money is tight…

You are an extraordinary gifted artist. I envy you that.

#34

Yeah, right…
Where did you study anatomy?

The eyes are fu***ng PERFECT! :wip:

#35

stunning!
loved her hair

#36

Great Work. Detail outstanding. Render is Incredible!

#37

Thanks for your praise~
Sylvia was taken about more a year because of I prepared for a tutorial book through whole precess of making after work for company.

#38

I used the Spotlight of zbrush for diffuse map and generated a displacement map and normal map. Lower mesh was exported to maya and I applied a approximation for subdivision render.

#39

Amazing hair. Nicely done.

Thank You for reply. That was the result of 2K map, I was shocked.
