When I first saw this I thought it was a photo but when I examined a larger version I realised it was 3D. Then on looking harder the thing that looks wrong to me is the hair. It looks like a wig that has been dropped on his head and is not put on properly - sort of off centre.
All it needs is for the hair to be rotated in the Y-axis a few degrees and it should line up with his head properly
