I just decide to enter digital painting world

but i dont know what is the best tutorials to learn perfectly

so i had found cool stuff here who have alot of experience on it

so i realy want any one to tell me what is the best

Google? Did you try to find stuff via a search engine? Type in “Digital Painting Tutorials” and you will get sooooo many returns that if you did all of the tutorials - it would take you years.

Do those - and you’ll be on your way.

Also just copying the masters will teach you a lot. Google “renaissance masters” and you should get a lot of images to start with. Da Vinci, Michealangelo, Raffael etc are some.

Also - Youtube has tons of video tutorials on this as well.
