Playback rate control via Relatikons Constraint?

I want to be able to alter the playback rate, same as the drop down menu in the timeline, using the relations constraint and a MIDI keyboard.

Nearly every other trasnport control (play, rewind, stop, ff) is accesible via the Transport Controls item in the relations constraint. Does anyone know of a way to access the rate in this way?
