Do you have any idea how to grow a plam tree? from small till tall… Currently I doing a corporate video and need a scene like this, I still experiment on it…
Is anyone have done this before, or is there any tutorial around can share?

Your best bet is Vue Infinite or Vue 6! I have Vue Infinite, but have not had the time to mess with it too much. Perhaps I can see how difficult it is and get back with you.
