You’d better model a new jaw for me, because I think I dropped mine… Wonderful work!

#122

Love it! Best modeling I’ve seen in a while. I must say, though, the shader could use improvements. 5 stars from me anyway.

#123

that is amazing! :applause:

My only problem is the one that was mentionned the most: the knees. They probably got skinnier when you bent them, which could easily be fixed with an influence object.

BTW, the wire picture you posted…is that the same as the finished piece? or did you convert to SubD or do a poly smooth on it?

#124

Wow. Genius work. It’s so good, that i can hardly believe that it is pure hand modeling.

#125

HARD CORE MODELING - EXACTLY!!!

the folds are great…

#126

Wow, that makes my chest hurt.

#127

Real hardcore modeling .
I’m speechless.
Great!

#128

 i’m speachless… jesus… that’s insane!
5 stars from me no comment!

#129

oh oh, that looks really complex. You have matched the poses and shapes almost perfectly (think that the word perfect…can’t be told to many human beings’ art…).

The knee annoys me…but man, the original was from Michelangelo

…so nothing more to say…

#130

masterful…endless…i give you all the stars that heaven possess.

#131

Very cool, love it. 5 Stars!

#132

jesus would be proud my son, good work…now ruin it and put a model of a cheesburger and large fries on the virgins lap

#133

something that makes me chuckle is thinking about how many times you used “undo” during this model, then thinking of how accurate angelo had to be when he made the original… he had no undos! lol

#134

Oh my god ! what can I say ! you got michealangelo’s hand.

#135

Incredible work. Simply incredible work.

#136

This is insane - the best thing I’ve seen here for months. what was your reference??

#137

Haha! I was planning to do the pieta one day too, just to improve my modelling skills. You beat me to it! Great work! I couldnt have done it better myself!

The only thing we’re lacking now is an explanation as to how you tackled this task

Superb job!
