Hi! Well, the materials can be very versatile in cycles.But, if you are asking about the malleability of the properties of cloth simulation in Blender I would say it’s a 7 out of 10 compared to a AAA software like Houdini. Let’s say Blender gets the job well done with cloth simulations, if you are not aiming at perfection!
