besides lynda.com which site can you recommend that has alot of dvds on retouching and learning photshop…also what are some really good plugins if im wanting to get the vargas effect…also are there any books on how to acquire these effects as well you can recommend

those are the three i frequent when i look for tutorials and all three are good resources. if you need more PS tutorials simply google for them. you will find tons of stuff if you spend some time looking.
