photoreal skin in Maxwell render?

Hi

I have been checking Maxwell render for some time and i`m very impressed by the realistic output of the light and materials, it really looks very photorealistic.
But one thing that i have not seen yet in Maxwell render is a photoreal human, more specifically photoreal skin material.

Will photoreallistic skin material be available in the future in Maxwell…, or is it possible to do now?
