Here a study from a photography.
I did this study for myself after Bastien’s Grivet masterclass.

I started to synthetize a photography to get the key colors.
Then I painted all the details trying to add a story-telling as in Bastien’s masterclass.

I’ll add the original photography and the first step soon ^^

Here are the original photography from Killian Schönberger.
And the first step simplification made in my process.

It was a really interesting process and study from a really great photography.

It is indeed a very calm and chilling scenery there well done sir but did you ever noticed or intentionally witnessed the skull chilling too ?
