Paypal transaction was not credited towards renewal

I have the transaction number and the date (October 20th) and it was supposedly processed by Ballistic media, but this was not reflected in my membership status. I went ahead and today (Nov 27th) renewed via credit card and received the automatic email confirming my renewal for one year. Neither the email addresses of members@cgsociety.org nor the Ballistic address listed on the PayPal screen seem to be functional or current. I would prefer to continue the details of the transactions via PM if possible. Thank you for your time!

Is members@cgsociety.org written somewhere?
