Pasting Fans in the Stadium?

Hi Guys,

I’m a newbie with Shake but have some longer experience with compositing. My task is to fill the stadium with fans (audience) because there are not enough of them in my footage.
Does anyone have an idea how to aproach this problem without making it quick and dirty?
I would be very thankfull for some feedback, guys.
