particular question

hi all!

i’ve downloaded the trial of particular 2 and having fun with the system.
i’m trying to do something like in one of mr. Kramer’s tutor (http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial/sure_target_2/) at 10:00 you can see it… so there are a lot of particles and they just wiggling in the 3d space without any destination point… so i’m asking about the main settings, to do that kind of stuff…

I would probably make a box or sphere emitter with a very large radius, with a velocity and velocity random of 0. Then crank up turbulent displace position. Otherwise, you can use velocity, and put the direction on outwards or something, then crank up the direction random.

The turbulent displace is a particular setting? or is it in ae?

It’s a particular setting under Physics>Air. Look for Turbulence Field, specifically the Affect Position setting.
