Hahaha… there’s a certain much of CG time in this work… but also much time for research and documentations… as much for the both…

Hi Laurent,
I do not have much comment to make.
It is really superb and enormous work. :applause:
Thanks for the good support my friends… always appreciated, especially during this challenge time
Little update now… some little details on the pavilion, on the quay…

Hello Lemog and others.
I finished read all thread from the beginning and I cannot make another thing that congratulations you, really I very impressed.
I have begun the reconstruction of the concentration camp of Auschwitz and your work has been I stimulate to do it with dedication.
Sorry for my english
Hey Laurent,
it seems that modeling is finished for this one!
The pavillon with the quay and the added details looks just great:thumbsup: ,
let’s see some textures now!:bounce:
-sabrina
Wouha! And the SCHTROUMPH is busy everywhere :bounce:
Wonderful detailing, that quay is definitely nice, and still there I suppose?
I’m beginning to feel concearned about the total polycount here - but I’m sure you sort it out in the end!
… still think the Swedish one is the most faboulous so far
Gracias Pablo… impressive to have the courage to read all…
You’re right… the most difficult is the lenght of these projects… It’s not my first big… but this one is particulary mad… we will see…
While waiting, buena suerte para tu proyecto ombre ![]()
Maybe because this one have a quiet style…
I don’t think to start texturing next night… remain me some details I don’t know precisely about colors… some informations are different between many books…
- 2 sorts of pink bricks, or
- pink bricks and white bricks, or
- 2 pink briks and blue briks…
Maybe this night I will continue on the Monumental Gate… and why not, a fly around of the Pavilion… with the swedish one beside…
For the moment, I’m okay with the polycount… even if with the 2 first pavilions I was over… but with the Swedish and Greek Pavilions, I mean it’s okay for a good average…
I must keep a little reserve for the trees and other details of life…
I will try to test more textures for the swedish pavilion this week… I must try…
The to-do list for this week :
- greek pavilion flyaround,
- maybe a wallpaper,
- textures for the greek pavilion,
- new texture test for the Swedish pavilion,
- finish the Monumental Gate…
hahahaha… sometimes… I’m afraid by me :banghead:
…I’m afraid too:D
Whenever I feel that I’ve too much work, I can come to your thread, read your to-do list and then I know: I’m just lazy…
-sabrina
hahahaha… sometimes… I’m afraid by me :banghead:
haha, so am I sometimes, just as Sabrina
Sometimes it’s good to reminding yourself you have at least 40 years left to do this stuff, and a lot of other things as well… but thinking of it 40 years goes quite fast, doesn’t it?
Hey - it’s still morning and to early to get into that kinds of thoughts - more coffee!

Yes… much thoughts are not always very good… especially the morning… well… I continue the coffe cession while waiting…
…I don’t know if my all things to do can be done in time… but for the moment… I’m especialy late to post updates… hahaha…
I must prepare some new pictures rendered last night… it’s already midday… very soon then…
I can’t resist to the pleasure to show this pavilion with the one just beside… swedish and greek together…

As I said yesterday… I’ve not worked on the textures for the moment… I’m waiting to find some precision about certain colors… while waiting, I’ve prepared the flyaround… just remain me to mount it… for the next update…
