Im curious, do you prefer to work opaquely (solid strokes of color) or transparently (slow build up of form through many strokes) when digital painting in photoshop?

I would say it depends on what is being painted. Sometimes painting at 100% and adjusting the opacity works for me. Other times building it up works better. Whichever way works best for you at the time is the right way.
