Man, ive dealt with this problem for a year. Im finally fed up. Every time i use the paint bucket it never fills up the image. Theres always a ring that didnt get filled in. Ive tried to adjust all the settings, the same result.

This is because Photoshop is a raster program, not a vector one. You’re expecting vector behaviour from the paintbucket, but you’re not going to get that. If you want to fill something without lines like that, rather select your outline using the lasso tool, instead of painting it.
Honestly, the Paint Bucket Tool is kind of a legacy tool that really isn’t suited for much complicated work. I’ve been using Photoshop for 13 years and I really can’t remember the last time I grabbed that tool. Leigh’s advice is great, and if you wanted more control, you could also start with a path or Shape Layer to create your shape, then convert that to a selection and fill, like Leigh suggests.
