Hi,
My name is Thorsten Gätz and I represent Vermin Entertainment , a Sweden-based game development group with members scattered all over Europe. We are currently developing an adventure game titled ‘Fierce Talon’ for PC and are looking for new talents for our 3D department.

Actual render of the main character
The game is set in a slightly futuristic three-layered city for the three social classes, with the main character being Preston, a private detective working in the filthy lowest layer with small time jobs, although he tends to spend more time in the bar than in his office. One day he gets a letter saying his sister is lost since a few weeks back, and Preston feels it’s his duty to find her. This is where the journey starts. You will lead Preston through the streets of <city name> in search for his sister. But you come across something bigger than you could ever imagine… What the future unfolds, only you can find out.
The game will be set in a real time 3d environment with dynamic lighting. The engine is completely developed in-house and features state-of-the-art technology, such as bumpmapping, per pixel lighting, parallax mapping, normal mapping, stencil shadows, and some other techniques. We use 3dsmax as modeling package and have our own export tools to connect it with our editor.
We require steady presence of all members, using irc is a must, to keep the team organized and get the project done. Although our engine is quite resourceful, you have to be skilled at low poly modeling. If you are good at unwrapping too, maybe even have texturing skills, you are the person we want. The project will remain unpaid till the tech demo is released. After we got it validated by our publisher we will introduce adequate payment.
