orient particle instance

hi,

I try to find a way to orient instanced geo so that it points away from the surface. I want a rope with fine hair (which are my particle instances). How would a expression for pp array attributes look like?There is a modelled rope as a goal for the particles, can I use something with…“local Z direction with some randomization”?

(Don’t want to dive in maya fur or something like that)
