Rock on!

#6

Great pics! These models are wonderful - thank you

That first female one reminds me of an old master pose. It’s gorgeous.

#7

Amerasu,

Yep, Hong’s pictures are really excellent! A big thanks to him and to Ron Eyre for the great references.

Definitely looking forward to your participation in this one!

Cheers,

I’m trying to speed up. 30 minutes, wacom. Next time I’ll pay more attention to proportions. Lots of things are wrong, I know, but I’ll try to improve them in my next painting.

#9

xillion - why not improve them in this painting? There’s so many things right about this sketch that it would definitely be worth a second and a third round of refining…

#10

Xillion,

I second the motion! Unless perhaps you wanted to do all of the poses as short ones, and then refine a single painting? Of course, that’s totally up to you. Great to see you have you on board!

Cheers,

~Rebeccak

Lolo,

First, good morning!

Second ~ very nice piece in OFDW 010. My computer is acting strange and not allowing me to post to certain threads ~ can’t post a reply there this morning, nor to Gunie’s for the last 3 days.

At any rate, just thought I’d reply here since my posting quota seems to be limited to certain threads these days, lol.

Cheers,

seems as if the postcount establishment finally agreed on secret technical countermeasures to ensure their supremacy:scream:

#13

Holy lord! I didn’t realize I was close to 8,000  ~ gotta go reread that CGTalk manual!

#14

I think I’ll try painting this again then. I was also intrigued by some girl’s poses, so given time, I’ll try do do both. MrMu and Rebeccak thanks for your replies!!!

#15

Xillion,

Sounds great! We like to reply here.

Cheers,
