These are somewhat intimidating pieces to work from for me, I find it easy to slip into an attempt to reverse engineer the 3D instead of seeing the piece – but I did take a shot:

Pencil + Paper while watching the AFC championship game. Didn't have the time, ability, or inclination to do the myriad of wrinkles and pores that form a lot of the character in this face, but I learned a little about the muscles of the face, the brow ridges, etc, -- so a good experience all told.

Awesome workshop to watch... very cool to see all those wonderful interpretations in 2d. Great to see ZhuZhu back, and thanks for the WPE :).
Shame what happened to Intervain's file, it's a very nice piece, that must have been disheartening.
Nice ballpoint work NR43, shading and contrast are very nice -- maybe a little more sharp definition within the face to highlight some muscles might tighten it up a bit (if it should be tightened at all... heres where being far from an expert is a problem :)).
Very lush and full feel in the body MechaHateChimp, look forward to your adjustments in the face, but it'll also be nice to see how you handle the lower leg and feet (until you trim off that outline it really pulls the eye down). Sepia works nicely.
Spiritdreamer layout on the true likeness version is very well laid out, be interesting to see how it comes together as you've kept a life and vitality to it that is tough to hold on to with an in depth rendering.
Oddity goes to show that an eye for sculpting translates well to an eye for painting, grats.
Coming in this late there are an overwhelming number of pages to comment on, but it's really good stuff coming in and a lot of progress being made, congrats all round :).
