Hi all!
This is my first project in 2014 and it’s my first attempt at a realistic portrait of an elderly. Reference (3dsk)
Modeled in Zbrush. Texture in ZBrush and Photoshop. Rendered in 3DMax using vray.
I hope you enjoy.

I love it. Your attempt at realism is a huge success in my opinion. My only critique is considering this is an elderly gentleman, it would be good to show his rank. Whenever you see a portrait of a military person in dress uniform the rank should be displayed.

I think I see a star on his right Epaulette; which suggest to me he’s a general officer…
