Numeric Rotate?

Is there a numeric rotate function? I thought I saw one before, but I can’t seem to get it to show up again. I can still get accurate rotations using the mouse, but I can do it a lot faster by just typing in the numbers.

Use ‘Rotate Planar’ ‘Shift+E’.
