I have a problem where the box around the nodes disappears. I have googled the problem but cant find any information. If anyone knows what it up them please help me, thanks.

thats a problem with your graphics card or the driver for the graphics card.
what graphic card is in your machine?

I was able to fix the problem. I went into the NVIDEA-controlpanel and changed it from integrated graphics to NVIDEAS high performance processor. That seems to have fixed the problem.
