Hi,

Nothing seems to be showing up on the render. The painted grass and crystal did not appear even though I’m using the Maya software renderer.

the only way to see them is to convert them to polys. It works rather well.

Hi Ang -

So you’re asking me to try to guess why you can’t render your grass? I guess first you should do some tests: if you select some paint effects strokes, export them as a new file, then make a new scene and import them, do they render in the new scene with default settings? If you create new paint effects strokes now, do those render? Make sure you aren’t doing anything with Render Layers, make sure Enable Stroke Rendering is checked in the Paint Effects options at the bottom of the Render Settings Window, or go back to whatever the last version of your scene where it did render and look at what you changed since then.
