I’ve been thinking on the kind of system Mandrake/Redhat used to do for the longest time (do they still?). Where users would buy CDs, but any profit the organization made would go back into the product only.
Isn’t that considered charity and hence, tax reductable? I was thinking of doing something similar with a game project but slowly checking into the legal issues first.
