Please show me an example of a good knot editor for the skin. Using not only a diffusion of textures and normal maps, as well as other textures.

Why reinvent the wheel. Do note that for truly great results you really need to understand lighting concepts as well as create good textures. A technically good skin shader is not magic and it wont magically make everything look good - certainly not on it’s own.
