Newbie Site. Greatly appreciate feedback!

Hi

I’m a little inexperienced with this thing they call inturnet, but I managed to put together a little site that displays a few of my 3ds max stuffs (more to come soon!), and need for employment.

I would appreciate any kind of feedback. Particular things like: How annoying the pop-ups were (it’s a free hosting service), how fast the images loaded, and the general appeal of the site.

Please tell your friends all about www.markski.50megs.com

Thanks a million!

site was pretty simple, but i’ve never really attempted to make a site so your ahead of me. work was different, pretty good. maybe need to get some more 3D stuff happening if your looking for a job in this area.

maybe show a little more creativity in the way your site design looks to show off your 3D and 2D skills, especially if you want people to come to your site to look at your work.

i think instead of putting photo page maybe you should use gallery, i thought that the photo page would have photo’s on it when i first saw the link.:hmm:

in the forest scene i didn’t like the blue sky coming through the green trees, just didn’t seem right.

think about working on the design of the site though:)

Nice and simple. A good start at getting yourself ‘on the map’. Change your page titles though (still says ‘site builder’). maybe also think about thumbnails as an option - just for the dail up folks.

this wouldn’t be the place for talking about page authoring - but check out a few tuts on your authoring program (I use dreamweaver) and maybe check out everyone else’s site and see if you want to improve on yours.
