Just got Messiah yesterday, and playing with it for the first time tonight. I am trying to do the Compose Tutorial from the help system. I am on the Advance section where we are trying to assign motion to the T Rex. I have followed it ok, except where we have matched the Clip and the Group and it says go to the Tracks tab and select the Add block. In 2.5b there is no add block that I can see>
Any suggestions?
I guess your trying to add a new track? In Compose, Tracks. . . there should be a list of groups. Click on any of those groups and you should see a tab below that list that says “Group” There in that tab is a “New Track” button. Click that and you get a shiny new track for that group. To create more tracks for that group, right click on the track you just created and pick “Copy Track” then delete the clips.
Thats kind of dumb isn’t it.
I wish this whole interface were more intuitive sometimes.
