newbie doing beginner exercises. critiques please

hello im new to animation. im doing the beginner animation exercises posted by wolfor on 11 second club site. so far i have done first 1. when i do more i will post here again. please help me improve

hey :slight_smile: I have the feeling the ball hangs a bit too long in the air. You should check your graph editor and make sure you have a nice even falloff on your curve. Also i think the squash and stretch could be better. I think the ball should be stretched the most right before and after it squashes on the ground, and then let it settle up in the air.
I would also remove the wobbly effect you have when the ball is at the top, until you get the bounce right. It makes it a bit harder to see the actual motion.

Hi Bazooka,

This looks good to me! Its not really necessary, but I might take a frame out of the top of its jump so that it has just a little less hangtime at the peak. It looks like you got it down though, nice work.
