Also I was wondering how important reality capture is to your pipeline, or would a similar program like Agisoft Photoscan work as well as long as I follow the main Ideas you show if reality capture?

Photoscan seems to be too slow and doesn’t resolve holes and occluded areas very well. Everyones gone over to Reality Capture. Takes minutes (not hours) to resolve the mesh.
